Opposition to Gay Marriage

Andrew Sullivan raises a good point when he contrasts the opposition to gay marriage with Fox's new reality show "Married by America." After all, the marriage of two people who have never met - by a third party who orders them to do so - makes a mockery of the institution of marriage.

So when is Sullivan going to challenge the mass-weddings performed by the Rev. Sun-Young Moon and the Unification Church - who employ Sullivan with a warmed over column at the Washington Times?

I'm sure such criticism will be immediately forthcoming. After all, Sullivan wears his criticism of - and dismissal from - the New York Times as a red badge of courage.

Andrew Sullivan has no problem with biting the hand that feeds him - so long as it is a LEFT hand.
